An hour and 15 mins of Z2 in drizzle this morning.
It goes without saying it will get easier with consistency. YouTubing yoga core exercise routines might be a gentle intro. Although the term ‘gentle’ is often relative!

Even the hardest block of Emily's Short Mix is only 3min @ 115%, and that feels really hard. And The Gorby's only 110%...
Had to stay in despite glorious weather, for a plumber and delivery of tiles so had a go at a v02 workout. Felt good. HR under control and recovery quick.feeling positive. Amazing what a bit of sunshine and warmth can do.

Did a high intensity event on Zwift this morning (nice to see you there @bobinski ) and I see the my W Bal went negative a couple of times.
Does this indicate that the estimate was low and I should increase the value @Legs ? Surely there is no such thing as a negative here - you can empty the tank and no more??

Hopefully the winters training serves me well. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation over these past few months.
Last week I had an enforced rest day with a late work meeting and zwift subscription has expired so I was limited to a couple of workouts in the free 25 km (used the road to sky on a MTB to get in a couple of decent sessions). 2 long Z2 rides this weekend and a rest today.

Rain too heavy and frequent for a recovery ride. Been for a recovery walk instead, as that offered options to get under cover, when the inevitable rains blows in. Didn’t want recovery ride to turn into a VO2 max session to beat the rain back home.
