I’ve moved things around a bit this week; due to the weather. Tomorrow is normally a rest day, but I’ll get out tomorrow as I had an extra rest day on Tuesday. Likely about 2 to 2.5 hours of Z2 based on the loop I plan to use.

My workout from earlier today – 2 sets of 10x 60 seconds Z5 with 60s recovery. I wanted to quit so many times. My calves and feet are cramping now like something rotten.😩

Hoping for a long outdoor ride tomorrow but roads are looking dicey

Somewhat nicer than cold wet weather in week. Got a front wheel puncture, which I patched as nice today; yesterday would have been throw in a spare tube. That is just over a couple of hours of Z2 fitted in. Got some tempo planned for tomorrow.

A simple Z2 ride outside today 2.5 hours. Very pleasant other than some flooding on the roads.

Plus a few Zwift kilometers checking out my dumb turbo and Roubaix bike both of which haven't been used for many months.

That is an "easier" week done, 440 TSS. Back to just under 600 for the next 2 weeks is the plan.

Bouncing off the high risk zone, with form at -29 after today’s effort. Planned taper week next week to take me up to fresh for my audax event. Then after that I’ll likely be in high risk as that single audax ride will generate about 700 TSS. Recovery week after that, then back into the progressive overload.
