Another great result for Afghanistan. They mentioned a player on commentary earlier who had played against 43 different countries, I didn't catch the name, but the most recent (before today)? England. Brilliant!

It awesome. They still have Netherlands to play and interestingly Australia - Winning both of those could get them a semi final place.... would still need a result or two to go their way, probably need England to beat Aus. which doesnt look likely on current form.

A game that Bangladesh have to win to be in with an unlikely chance of reaching the semi's and they lose 3 early wickets. Shame really.
Pakistan need to win all three of their remaining games too so are pretty fired up.
Think it's safe to say India and South Africa are through, head says New Zealand and Australia will be the remaining two contenders, but I'd love Afghanistan to sneak in there.

Strong start by India this morning, on for a mammoth score here. I admire the faith Sri Lanka have placed in their batting, but it seems a huge punt that this pitch is going to be better to bat on later.
