Resolutely on topic
One is a statistics body one is world trade. How would you compare them?
It occurred to me that both TLAs are used on internet forums as a handy way to shut down criticism of supposed facts, often without further understanding.

I acknowledge that this can happen on either side of any particular argument.

It is requirement in residential homes for all staff to get a flu jab. If you work in the NHS or a residential home and you don't want a covid vaccination then look for job elsewhere.
Really? I work in a care home, and I am not aware of this. Encouraged, yes, but certainly NOT compulsory! I had a flu jab, but it was nothing to do with work. Sorry to sound like I have wandered on to the wrong section of the forum, but what is your source for this claim?

I work in the NHS and although encouraged, the flu jab is entirely voluntary.

People who die in a car crash and who are positive for covid are classed in the "covid related deaths". Its even a little iffy when a person dies in a residential home and is positive for covid. Covid might not of have contributed to there death at all.

A little basic arithmetic shows that this effect must be small. What do you suppose is the likelihood of a given person dying randomly of something else in a month?

The fact that excess deaths are running above official covid deaths shows beyond any reasonable doubt that numbers of deaths are roughly correct whatever the methodology used.

Reality just too tough to face today?
Bit ironic that you don't seem to want to face the ONS data. Still if it makes you happy. Vallance and his mates have put me off with their distortions. Amazing how some people on here faced with a reasonable conversation and exchange of viewpoints like to turn it into some personal vendetta. Have a nice day.
