If anyone needs any inner tubes I have a box of 11 Specialized inner tubes, 700 x 20/28c 32mm Presta valve all boxed, I cant use them as my wheels need longer valves.

A couple of them have squashed boxes where they have been in my saddle bag.

I was thinking £2.50 each

If anyone is interested PM me and I can bring them with me to the ride

How many waypoints are in the GPX files in post 1 above please? IIRC the works GPS I am going to 'borrow' is limited to 500 waypoints per track which isn't a lot.

I just checked my GPX file for the full loop and it only has 471 points, so you and I can use it 'as is' without having to reduce the number of points.

you might struggle to get pie and chips at the Stork... their menu is mostly South African inspired.

Never heard a good report about the food at The Vic, but it may have improved over the years.... is the Dalton Arms still open? They used to do cracking Fish & Chips.

I read that the Vic is under new management but I don't know any of the establishments in the area! TBH, I think pubrunner is more interested in Guiness at the pub than food ...

I am not really bothered exactly what food I eat on rides as long as I get enough energy from something or other to keep me going!

As long as there is lettuce and rocket on the menu for dr_pink. On the century ride we did with you we both had a baked potato and neither of us could finish it, way too much. On the other hand we were mightily impressed with others, bottomless pits one and all, quite amazing, I'm going to start practicing.
