Well, I see SOME of you are taking it seriously....
Waffles, I think Mr Paul was alluding to:
Pease Pudding hot,
Pease Pudding cold,
Pease Pudding in the pot,
Nine days old....
All the wood burning tips are great, but alas only if you have a house with a facility for burning wood....
Im not sure about the teabag/loose tea thing. As I understand it (I read it once) the fannings (that's the proper term for them) that make up teabags are mostly the edges of the leaves that chip off in the drying process, and are more concentrated than loose tea leaves (the oils are concetrated in the edges). So you get more brew for less weight of tea. Assuming that isn't a)wrong or
outdated. I suppose to test, one would have to calculate the number of cups to be made per £1 for each type....
Having just stocked up on PGTips when
Morrisons had 240 bags half price, it'll be a while before I need to buy more.
Why are Teabags sold in odd numbers like 80, 160 and 240? Why not 100, 200 etc?
