I must, however, nitpick and point out that the road in Townhead is St Mungo Avenue. St Mungo St is quite far away in Bishopbriggs.

Pretty much the same route i was planning on doing, but for some reason i had planned on going down the other side to glendevon then over to dunning ..

the Dunning glen road is a great road, i`ve never done it this way, i always come up dunning hill...

With some misgivings, I'm going to give this one a miss I'm afraid, and I do appreciate that this will cut down some on your rest time at the top of the hills
My brother and his tribe will be over from abroad, so familial duties will take precedence.
Looking forward to the next one though...
