Wheel colour suits it @sevenfourate

Thankyou 🙏

I had them done in that colour (Fiat Donatello Bronze). Above: is actually an old picture. I’ve since had a Dark Tan roof too. Kind of got a theme going - as the leather inside is about the same shade….

Still having some issues with the Aygo airbag light. The replacement clockspring cured the light for over a week, but then it popped back up. Still not getting a reading from the ODBC for the control unit - very hit and miss, so I've ordered a new 'pattern part' clock spring rather than a 'used one'.

If that doesn't fix it it's garage time.
Have you checked the multi-plugs at the control board?

Replacement clock spring has arrived (or so the tracker says), so I'll fit that tonight and see if the light buggers off - less than 24h for delivery. Control unit due Weds or Thurs.

Think the Aygo is fixed. Replacement SRS ECU arrived today, so centre console trim off and replaced. SRS light now illuminates for the test then goes off. Phew.

Just changed the oil on the Mazda 2 today. Thought I'd use my impact wrench as the sump plug is slightly awkward to get to. Didn't remember it had such a short thread. It came right out, luckily had an old towel down and shoved a tray under really quickly. Still got some oil on the tarmac drive. Tried some cat litter (cheap clay type), then soluble degreaser mixed with hot water and washing-up liquid, then hosed it down. Not sure what will look like when dry. First time tried cat litter. Never been able to find something that gets it fully off tarmac. Fingers crossed. Won't be using the impact wrench again, not enough access to use it with old cat litter tray underneath.

Sand works well if you leave it on, then brush away. I re-painted our drive a couple of years ago - made it look miles better. Might top it up this year, as it's quite cheap from Wickes.

Just done the Mazda 3 today. Mine was awkward because everything is covered (as are all modern cars now) by covers.
Sump plug to the back of the sump so awkward to reach and tighten unless you're on a ramp.
No drama thought, awkward but ok, Mannol 5w30,new filter, 9k miles since last serviced. I usually aim for 6k but getting it done while cold and wet is always ...tedious. Schedule reset at 6k, nice to have it done.
Normal schedule is 12.5k i think so well within limits.

Our new mini has an intermittent electric power steering pump?

As it's intermittent it's not the pump itself?

Any ideas??
