Need to consider the search algorithm(s) which will find this magnum opus and design text accordingly to get it one of the top 'hits'. Not for chatters: for the great unwashed (would be owners or would donaters).
Here is a link to the first draft of the map. I think everyone should be able to access it but let me know if not. Still lots of projects to add to it.
Broken Spoke Bike Co-op in Oxford: https://www.bsbcoop.org/
Edinburgh Bike Coop.
Bike for Good, Glasgow.
Stumbled across this one in Cirencester last week , really professional set up.

We've over 150 pins on the map now
I think we need to remember that the services vary so hopefully people will check the website/give them a call before visiting.
Yes, this shop/franchise doesn't seem to merit inclusion in the list, imho. Employee owned. The Edinburgh Bike Coop is pretty commercial, I bought my Specialized Sirrus from them https://www.edinburghbicycle.com/
Yes (so people can see if a recycle place they've found has already been listed/mapped).Would it be an idea to put links to the map in your OP so it's easy to find?
@All uphill this info is outdated - soz @HLaB - they have renamed a few years ago, still a charity, still fixing bikes, but are https://www.bikeforgood.org.uk/ now, as I linked previously. The Bike Station is more of a Charity (they've places in Edinburgh and Perth) https://www.thebikestation.org.uk/support-us
Have done plus a screenshot of today's mapWould it be an idea to put links to the map in your OP so it's easy to find?
Definitely - I didn't put Edinburgh Bike on the map - the staff were always lovely when I used them, but a commercial organisation.Yes, this shop/franchise doesn't seem to merit inclusion in the list, imho. Employee owned.
Which highlights the need (and I will do a %) of verifying their bona fides to the extent possible.

Ah, OK, sorry.According to the Web The Bike Station is still in their two places in Edinburgh and Perth. Jul 23 Street View still shows the place on Gorgie Road as The Bike Station.
