damaged /NEW bike.

i ordered a boardman MTX 8.6 on the 6th of april, went to collect it today the 11th, i noticed a chip of paint missing on the top of the frame, i wasn't at all happy with it, it would have been different if it was done by me, anyway long story short, i was offered a REPLACEMENT, so i decided to pay the extra & go for the boardman MTX 8.8, another week of waiting, i'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

Seeing chipped paint on a new bike on collection isn't good.

Pauls Cycles wrapped up everything nicely for my delivery recently.

i never noticed it straight away, i will give the replacement one a good thorough look at before i take it !!!!

While great value it seems one of the shortcomings of Boardman products is the involvement of Halfords - the actions of whom seem to range from competent to disastrous..
