East of Scotland still coping well. Bus from home into Edinburgh and then train up to Dundee both ran to time.

Don’t think the worst has hit here yet though!

If I go out for a ride today it will not be on the summer bike.

Woke up to the most snow here for 20 years. Currently -4C and snow has resumed. Got up after wondering why no traffic going past our house.

A good 6 inches and falling harder, I cannot see 100yards across the back fields. It does not look like it will be easy to move our cars today, not that we intend to go anywhere.

I took the week off work. I had two activities planned
1. Some DIY, which involved replacing a couple of radiators and would leave the central heating out of commission for a day or so.
2. Some cycling.

This is the view from my bedroom window this morning.

With two inches of snow on the side of the hedge, a lot more on the ground, -4c and blowing a gale the bike is staying in the garage and the heating is staying on.:snowball:
