Chatting to a friend at the weekend who has had a Tesla for about 5 years and 200k miles. He won’t go back to a petrol or diesel now. In those 200k miles he reckons the battery has lost about 10 miles range!

From new or secondhand ? 40k a year is a lot of mileage. I’d be more concerned about blood clots sitting in a car for that length of time ?!

How about a electric mini car at £17k is a bit steep!!

That's the French Vehicules sans permis, basically they do 28mph and are purchased by French drivers that have lost their licence, as you don't need a driving licence in France for one of those, so they are a way of getting around for drunk drivers, they're on a par with a Trabant

Anyone noticed the new BP Advertising campaign? Looks like they have spotted that a lot of us don't need to go to the Garage for Petrol or Diesel. It's more or less "BP - we do other stuff you know!"

Both Germany and Italy voicing opposition to the EU's all electric ruling from 2035.

Well, they can let their car manufacturers bleat. Tesla will just get stronger. Next big vehicle will be Tesla baby EV.

If it's pitched at the same price as the VW ID3 or less it will sell like hot cakes.

Tesla have announced significant production cost savings. This once achieved will make their cars cheaper, allowing Tesla to move on retail to combat competition

Tesla are already far more profitable per vehicle than any other manufacturer, being even more so will send shivers down the likes of VW,BMW,Fiat
