The side who appealed have said they won't play. Funny, but who on earth thought that it would be a good idea to approve in the first place. I can only assume someone misread a decimal point?

Ordinary dal is a mildly spiced Indian dish made of lentils whilst tarka's a little 'otter

I've heard that as a new dish in the local Indian restaurant, Chicken Tarka, like Chicken Tikka, only 'otter.

When we had the new distillery being built in Tobermory the wiring was a bit of nightmare with loose and TL wiring strung everywhere while we had started distilling.
Cannot remember why but I had occasion to check a fuse in the main switchboard.
The fuse had been replaced by a 6 inch nail. 😳

A friend bought a Leyland 272 tractor a few years ago and asked me to look at the electrics as nothing worked properly.
Every part of the loom seemed to be melted and I was scratching my head wondering what had happened. All was revealed when I opened the fuse box and found someone had replaced all the old-fashioned glass fuses with 1/4" bolts...
