Just had a letter 10 minutes ago saying they are changing our black bag collection from once a fortnight to once every three weeks!

Still limited to average 1 bag/week, so they will now collect up to three bags every three weeks rather than up to two every fortnight.

They are also stopping free collection of garden waste - will now be an annual fee of £20 if you still want that collected (£30 if more than 8 bags per two weeks).
