Twaz certainly true for me back in the 50s when heavy snow was a regular occurance.

Same here, albeit in the 70's, except, it was normally still on my bike, and not in wellies.

Kerching, and another one proves the point of the post, and why youngsters must roll their eyes when us oldies tut tut when their "mummy" takes them in the car because there is a light drizzle. Yes, I'm as guilty as the rest of us at this. :-)
