Possibly. I couldn't say as I don't know what a "meme" is. I have searched it in the past. I find it a very unpleasant attempt at humour.

It is still very childish, even if most 10 year olds wouldn't understand either the word used, or the one intended by the posters of those tweets.

And I must admit, I'm with PaulSB here, I really didn't find it funny, but I have never been one to enjoy lavatory humour.
