Am I sexist...?

There's a reasonable chance the rider is female. The bike has FAYE written on it.
Blimey! I had to go back for another look - it's not exactly so obvious it's the first thing you see though, is it?

Irrespective of gender- it just looks like a mid-life crisis on wheels to me!

The term MAMIL springs to mind when thinking of most of the members of this forum (present company included) ;)

she is in her mid to late 30's now and this pic was taken 13 years ago when she was in her early 20''s, so no middle aged crisis....she married an IOM TT racer. Biking is very much a family affair, and she is a lot quicker than me on the road or on the track.

Many years ago, while interviewing candidates for a course I was running, prior to accepting them onto the course (validated by an external body, so subject to their rules etc with regard to equality and so on) we had someone who was blind (well, tunnel vision), and had a guide dog. She said (if accepted) she would have to sit about 3 feet from the whiteboard, and the tutors would need to write only in black, in letters at least 6 inches high. She also let it be known that she worked for the local council in an equality-assurance type role, and that she expected her needs to be met. Given that there would be 19 other people taking the course, and that this might impinge somewhat on their experience (the writing on the board thing, I mean... no PCs handy in those days), I thought I'd pass it up the line to my boss, so I explained the ins and outs to him. The boss was a bit 'unreconstructed', as they say, and said "just tell her she can f*ck off. I'm not having a dog p*ssing all over the place".

I know that motherhood can be hard on some women, but she definitelty doesn't look like that now.
Was that taken from your personal collection ? ;)

Sadly not, as I don't have access to such exclusive circles, but I was just thinking that Chris Moyles has really let himself go!
It's the motorbike I feel sorry for.

I'm colour blind, but my attempts to get snooker included in the paralympics have so far been unsuccessful.

We have a fair few members here who have got cycling because they were the wrong side of 20 stone.
Ultimately, we have no idea who we are conversing with on the interweb
