Auto-correct nightmares.....
Differences between whole, semi skimmed and skimmed milk.
Always assumed that the skimmed variants contained less fat content than whole milk.
We always use semi skimmed.
But I didn't realise that the calcium content was highest in the skimmed milk and the semi content was higher than the whole milk.
I guess the calcium isn't I the fat so remove the fat and the calcium level goes up?
I'm usually the only man in my daytime gym classes. 50 years after women's liberation it's still the men who go out to work and the women who stay at home.
So for bones issues, better to drink skimmed milk!

Aaaaah, theory...
In practice, skimmed milk is vile. Semi-skimmed is tolerable at best.

We actually prefer skimmed milk in drinks (Tea & coffee for my wife, tea for me as I have my coffee black), and I will use it when making a cheese sauce, but for use on cereal, or just as a drink, it has to be whole milk.
It's what you are used to. To me, tea tastes really odd with full cream milk.I will occasionally buy semi-skimmed if it's super cheap on sticker, as you say for cooking with, or for the parental's breakfast cereal, but not for tea, as it just tastes funny in tea.
None of our cats were actually all that keen on milk. And we have owned (or been owned by) seven over the last 40 years.Besides, the cat looks at me funny if I serve her anything else BUT full cream milk...
