That black holes have a maximum spin rate and that the one at the centre of the Milky Way is between 86% and 94% of max.

I can't help wondering what happens if it goes too fast; is that the end of the galaxy or will we just see a million mile long "Error" message across the night sky.

Have you tried De-caf green tea ?

Not a great fan of decaf anything as the decaffeination process can be a bit sketchy depending on the method used. I now drink quite strong coffee without the same issue so tend to think it's more a natural component of green tea that is causing it.

Same here. When I could drink caffeine, I tried green tea once and it made me sick, and I mean nausea, sweating, giddy. Other caffeines at the time didn't used to affect me at all
