He's not very good at having consideration for others either, or having common sense, or having the brains not to acquire a vehicle that he has nowhere to keep / park 🤡.

How do you know the latter?

It is not remotely obvious from the photo why the vehicle was parked there - my immediate reaction was that it was probably loading or unloading something on that property, and was unlikely to belong to the property owner.

That doesn't excuse the parking obstructing the footway of course.

Oh, well that's alright then. Park unlawfully and inconvenience/endanger passers by by blocking the footway because the driver is too lazy to park at the kerbside and walk an extra 15 feet.

In any case, it's a camper, not a van, so it's not like they're delivering a piano or the like.

the builder who`s doing our toilet is parking so close to the path the van bonnet is 50% blocking it .

So you missed where I said "that doesn't excuse the parking obstructing the footway"?

Where do you get that idea?

There are plenty opf luton vans around, and I can't see any sign of curtains, or windows in the Luton part, which most campers would have., though you can't really see far enough back to be sure there aren't any.

There is nothing visible in that photo to suggest it may be a camper. And it doesn't appear to be registered as a camper, it is just a Luton Van.

You clearly cant see the obvious. Look very carefully. It's a camper. Suck it up.

No, I can't see whatever it is that you think is obvious.

I see NOTHING to indicate it is likely to be a camper.

Why do you have to be so bloody stupid about it? I asked the first time you said it what makes you think it might be, and for some reason you just refuse to say.

It's suspiciously tidy for a 13 yr old delivery van, so I think it's been converted into:
a) a camper van, or
b) something purposely designed to annoy Alex

Campervans are special purpose vehicles under category M1, so unless it's been modified & not notified to the DVLA, I'd go with it being a panel van.

Edit - Parking's still sh1t, even for a quick delivery
It was a builders van, I think, that was parked/abandoned there for several hours.
