As I said the whole NHS digital records system is not fit for purpose.

Maybe parts of, but not the whole system.

My interactions with Digital NHS have been flawless for a good number of years.

Repeat scrip? 30secs online and a few days later a text from my Pharmacy to say ready for collection. (I've got 8 items waiting there for me at the moment)
A new med to repeat? Brief online note to my GP, Text Message from GP saying ok 24 hours later. A few days later text from the pharmacy.

Xray, blood tests, Urine, ECG, ultra-sound at GP practice, all available directly and immediately to my various consultants at the Hospital.

Don't mischaracterise the whole NHS because of failings in the bit you use. The variability is the issue.

Well you are in Lunnun which is the centre of the Universe. Out here in the sticks we get the scraps.

How many of you are in favour of compulsory vaccination? Whether it be compulsory by 'shame them','no vax,no entry,or by actual force.
Not me and couldn't care less who has it or not, don't however complain if lockdown is extended or you end up in Hospital with Covid.

And thanks to Accy voting leave we're getting the vaccine faster by a factor of 3 than any other country in Geographical Europe.

Thanks Accy!

Germany's biggest newspaper, Bild, today ran a front page headline - "Dear Brits - We Envy You!" (In German, of course), superimposed over the image of a union flag, the story being about how the EU have botched the vaccine response whereas the UK, free of the EU's resteictive bureaucracy, has forged ahead.

I'm reliably informed that the headline on page 2 reads, "Well Done Accy!", superimposed over the image of a hot water boiler.

I’m 56, our surgery called me today and I’m having it done tomorrow

I had my first on 7th January
I was talking to Helen, one of our Assistant Directors, & she asked me if I was busy at the moment
My reply was, "No, can I help you with something?"
I was given a card, & asked to go to the Trust HQ, & hand it over
Looking at it, all it had was a number on it (spares, from nominated persons, who hadn't turned up)

It was for the jab, so along with a few other staff, we were all stabbed
Coincidentally for me, I was inoculated by Matron Julie, who was my chief bridesmaid (& my daughters godmother)

The card given, stated 31st March for #2
However, a few days ago, I was talking to Martin (the big-boss/Chief Exective, a very nice guy)
He told me that dates were being brought forwards, by a few days

Yesterday, I received a text stating that #2 was being given on the 17th:okay:
Even better than that, I'm on shift for an 'early-turn', so get a while away (have to take my mug, & cadge a pot of tea!)
