That should shake things up a bit in the trainer market - if they can get them out the door fast enough

You're going to be flying after all these workouts you're doing, @CXRAndy !
I seem to have lost my motivation and discipline to do 1-hour sessions in the mornings. I've been tending to get up at 5:25 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, which is when Jo gets up to either run on the treadmill or venture out into the real world. Most of my workouts are 30-40 minutes.
We recently got one of these bad boys from the Big River Shop. Rather than getting one with a remote control for £100, these knob-controlled ones are currently going for £50. For £100, you could hook two of them up on different smart switches if you wanted voice-activated controllability!

My Sealey fan is giving up the ghost after 4 years of service. I had a quick look to see about getting another Cleva fan as above - it's gone up to 60 sovs, which makes the controllable version (I know @mjd1988 is a fan) at £75 look more appealing...

Fun !! And Bologna don't really go togetherEveryone ready for Bologna tomorrow? Is that even possible?![]()
Looks to me like a 3-horse race in my pen in the morning. We're all quite evenly matched. Should be fun.
I think it will be an interesting race , not sure how to pace it go all in on the climb and die on the downhill where there will be a massive speed difference or pace the climb more conservatively and hold a better speed down itI think the steepness of the gradient will really impact my pace compared to Phil's climbing abilities. He'll get too far ahead, cancelling out the time needed to chase him down on the flat

Don't give him any ideas 😂, I will be struggling to hold on anywayYou might be best served trying to get a lead before the climb to offset some of it?
