Not sure what you found the answer to be .... but looks like it worked for youI meant to ask earlier, for a flat course if you want more resistance (to thrash your pedals) will changing the trainer difficulty help one way or the other?

The pace never let up enough for me to have enough energy to compete properly for many of the sprints. Think I picked up a couple of points a couple of times despite not great 5 second peak power. Big group of around 25 finished together at the end, hopefully a few dqs will push me up the table
Interestingly I was nearly dropped the only time I thought I'd take a proper break from the sprint, and would end up sprinting to catch the group after the sprint - whereas when I went for the actual sprint it was quite calm for about a minute before the pack caught up and hr had time to calm down.
