Kip get the map out please mate... the northerners are trying to re write geography again...
You can’t call on kip - on your map he’s half way to Wales - and they are very odd people
You ain’t south ! Dorset is south - you’re midlands if I am north
Hi Pete, where is this ramp test exactly? I don't seem to be able to find it. Cheers. CThe ftp ramp test is actually already built in to Zwift. It’s the GPLama Test (the last one on the workouts list).
I’ve used it a couple of times. To me it seems more accurate to use as a comparison as opposed to the standard 20 mins test (where unless you’re experienced in running them, there’ll be a high margin of variability). In the hour long races we’ve been doing recently my av power has been approx 5-10% lower than the ftp figure I got from the ramp test. This seems reasonable considering all the regular changes of pace required in the races.
I'm even closer to Wales ... and yes, very odd people They seem to enjoy riding hills all dayYou can’t call on kip - on your map he’s half way to Wales - and they are very odd people
There is North and South, and it's defined by the Thames ..... Having lived South of the River for 15 years, I consider anything north of the Thames as North I'm sure my fellow southerners Bob and TB will agreeYorkshire is North, everything else is South South of M25 are Hippies

Yes it was a 20 minute test with a 45 minute warm up.@Del C Were the FTP tests 20 mins? .
You could try the ramp test either Trainer Road or I understand you can download a version for Zwift.
Its an easier version to attempt-I dont mean effort, just the approach. No rigid pacing, just keep going for as long as possible.
Someone's nicked your trainer
