I actually laughed out loud at that classic
“Stop snivelling-you could be working for bkool”!
Isn't that what happens when you're on a freezing cold building site with freezing cold hands and then you need a wee I'm like where the fk are youI’ll be doing laps of Regent’s Park anti-clockwise. Trying to remember a happier time, when my testicals weren’t trying to escape the cold by foraging for a new life up my bunghole!
Good thing I’m not bitter ain’t it!?

I'll see if I can knock off a minute, which would only make me 2 minutes behind you for the Alp segmenti can feel a cold coming on though !
On the fixie?

I didn't notice much of a difference with my Tacx Flow in terms of power between indoors and outdoors, but the Flux feels harder to pedal for the same watts as outdoors. Normally I can hold 280-320 range easily enough but yesterdays race was really really hard. Now that could of course be in part related to nutrition or fatigue. I'm going to rest up and test against my power meter this weekend. Not sure I agree with this article completely, Indeed I would put temperature and overheating ahead of trainer type, in being the most important difference between FTP when outdoors and Indoors. .... Evan a cheapy BKool wheel on Smart trainer simulates momentum. From what I've learned when studying mt pedaling dynamics from the vectors is that although 'Peak' force is applied between 1 to 5 in the cycle, I still get significant force from 11 though to about half 7 ... Indoors and out.
Food for though though ... best if you read the article before commenting though
I don't have a clue about anything like that but.......Not sure I agree with this article completely, Indeed I would put temperature and overheating ahead of trainer type, in being the most important difference between FTP when outdoors and Indoors. .... If you think you had a rough time deciding which bike to feature...Berty's computer probably took 20 minutes just to re order the spreadsheet by color.Nice avatar compadre
Good times...
Unless I can knock a minute offI'll see if I can knock off a minute, which would only make me 2 minutes behind you for the Alp segment
