Can I have some more then? Spoke to consultant earlier. I will be wearing that brace for 6 weeks. They want to protect the knee from bending. Only then will they allow me to begin physio to bend the knee and that will be gradual. I wish I had chosen to have the ACL done too. I am going to go stir crazy in the meantime, put on loads of weight and lose fitness:cry:
I might try good leg cadence drills tomorrow:smile:

That is a shame re ACL given your enforcement of no leg movement for so long. Dont be too surprised in the atrophy when the brace comes off. It will come back, takes a fair while though.

Just eat salads, to keep weight gain to a minimum. Fitness again will take a few weeks to return, given the rehab you will undertake. Good look and recovery Bob :okay:

Well the account has been created. The software and companion app dl'd. The Avatar pic up'd. Also an ftp session has been scheduled .

Now with 200 or so days to the ToC I've got to get going again .
Go for it TB. Some good training sessions on there. i'm doing the Build Me Up first, then will move on to the Fondo to get ready for the ToC. Weight is finally coming down (83kg now) - target is 80 by Christmas, then a few more kg off by ToC. Good luck :okay:

It's nice having decent training plans where the sessions don't evaporate before you get a chance to do them.

I can also recommend the Build me up workout week one of 12 done, today's a rest day for me, but then crack on til Fri and a couple of longer. Rides at the weekend. Finally getting my mojo back
