I want one for my Neo.
I'm already signed up. The whole family is going to London for an extended weekend. At the day of the TT I will just be taking the train from London to Peterborough in the morning and back in the afternoon. Maybe I'll try Regent's park on a TT bike .I just got an email about the sign up for the Chrono. Did you get it? Or are you already signed up?
Make one for £60-70 ... If I can do It ...Have you seen those rocker plates for our trainers? Most are home made at the moment. I’ve seen one for £599. Not sure if they’ll take off. They’d have to be cheaper.
I've never seen the attraction. What would it bring to a Neo?

Can't disagree or argue differently as I really have no clueI agree with his thinking. But... it depends what you want. I had an atom which had zero side to side movement. And I don’t think that was good for me.
But yeah, I don’t think a rocker can simulate real world riding. But it can reduce the impact on you lower back, knees etc.

They do have a very real feel, especially the full length rockers. ill explain.
My first half rocker was a very good foray into getting sway motion but your front wheel is fixed(usually) on a block, so only side motion.
A full rocker allows full side cc to side and rotation of the handlebars, so you get tbe 'S' shape sway whilst riding out of the saddle and a little benefit whilst seated.
The latest rockers have forward and rear motion too
Also I really like the job you did on your latest rocker. It looks ace! How did you settle on the shape of it?
Its more of a practical requirement, you need the width and depth to mount the turbo and not so much at the front, enough though for the hardware and to have in my case the climb. I could of gone a more droplet shape, but my woodworking skills would of been put to the test. I used a waste paper basket for the circle cuts-large enough radius
Im glad i kept it wider, because i can stand fully on the rocker when getting on or off, that wasnt intended
