So frustrating, Fell off the back of lee’s and I think Paul’s group with 7km to go. Tried to pull 2 with me to bridge but gap grew to 28s. Waited for next group and rode with them taking the sprint out of a group of 20 or so. Just a shame I couldn’t hang in there. Watts didn’t drop but speed did.
Lee- awesome ride.
Paul showing he is a bloody strong rider whether on a bkool or a NEO.

So that went well, sat up with 100m to go and zip my jersey up for the sponsors, only to get passed by 790 odd rascals hiding in my wheel.

We shall learn from this mistakes.

(Who am I kidding? Suffered around the 800s for 2 laps then managed to dip into 796 or something with a cheeky sprint to the line.. minor places matter! )

It looks like I am going to be joining the Z crew shortly. I need to be doing a varied training workout plan and bkool isn't cutting it for me. I want to be doing a couple of plans in prep for the ToC next year and Zwift looks like it could be the one.

My name will still be appearing in the bkool stats as my brother will be using my ID for his prep. I'm not sure about racing as that really has no interest from me. We'll just have to wait and see.
I like the training sessions on Zwift. You can also create your own really easily :okay:

Kind of enjoyed that  saw bob up the road but not too far ahead, got into a nice group but slowly losing riders, on the limit all the way and going up the final climb with 4 miles to go it felt i hit a mental brick wall, riders going past even @LBHIFI flew past got my self together and worked hard to gain a few places only 2 seconds behind LBHIFI.
This new course is a tough one constant gear changers.

That was the only time a saw a Cyclechat'er. I whish there was a way to see where the riders I follow are. A way to switch between riders nearby and riders you follow would be a great feature.

I done the 19.00. Saw your time and thought I’d better come in a bit behind or you’d think I was racing :okay: kept under 30mins just to be :becool:
Glad to see, just like me, you only pootled round

Felt OK tonight on that course. Not too hilly so didn't blow legs up trying to race up 15% inclines :banghead: Must say though, I am loving the NY courses - the constant up and downs really do make you work hard
