Yep! I think it’s a fair bit hotter in the loft. Still, waiting for youngest to get home so cannot go out.

In the end I didn't finish work until too late for most of the races. Kind of did a sweetspot / threshold session up the KOM.

I ticked to join you when I started Zwift, but you didn't appear on the screen.

My app is playing up as my phone switches between 2 and 5g so I keep disappearing apparently. I need to sort that.
I ride a sub 2 as a warm up for a race but legs said sod off and rest- so I am!

18.15 WBR UCI Worlds Hilly race? Note "Hilly" so you'll have no problem keeping up - in fact it'll be me struggling to keep up with you I'm sure!
