@bridgy I've gone with 6 laps of Duchy Estate for next week because it seems like we've done quite a lot of climby this month. So something rolling will be a bit more "balanced". I may stick Bologna in as hilly or mountainous next month though. It's a route that isn't used often enough in drafting races.

Awesome sounds good👍

I remember that event we did Alex out and back on Bologna. Had a great event. Hit over 70mph on the descent and gapped some better climbers who couldn't catch me on the flats

Yeah I think if it's a mass start drafting race on that course, out and back would be better than finishing on the top - gives potential added excitement of some riders catching back up with faster climbers on the descent and flat ride back to the start/finish

I can remember one DRS where it was the iTT for one full out and back lap.
Also remember a Summer of Champions where it finished at the top of the second time up. That was nasty.

In other news my gear cable is done

Quick question for you sages, can you create your own workouts? ( I know there are loads on there but wondering if you can add your own)

You can. I've created quite a few personally.
You can either create from scratch, or even copy and save an existing workout and tweak it to your taste.

Yes. As others have said, you can. In fact it's what I used to use for route and bike testing before I set up "alternative methods".

I would set up a workout, say 200 Watts for 6 minutes to test e.g. a 5 minute climb on different bikes etc.

The Photos don't do the steepness justice 😮
If only I'd gone for a 36 cog on the back rather than a 34 I'd have a go 😂😂

It's how I got my Tron bike many many years ago now - workouts up the Epic KoM (in the days before AdZ)
