that was fun. I knew I had to get away from Stephen, so desperately tried to catch Michael on the descent, but he got back on then took me in the sprint. I had to dash off to an appointment straight away. I normally hang around for a bit.

Tried to log on to Zwift at 5:30 for a 'couples workout' with Mrs Legs, but couldn't get the Neo to pair properly (nor my HRM). Faffed around for 15 minutes then gave up and had some breakfast.

Glad I hadn't got up before 5am to do the Zwift Games event. I'm going to miss Stage 2 because I'm busy after work this evening.

Not sure who attacked through town, just before the roundabout, but I was spat out the back. Took all my effort to get back on so I was a little p**ped by the 'snapper.

Was that Joffey’s attack? He surprised me with that one, but I followed in case it stuck.

I did wonder how many people would follow me! I was being mischievous there - I was going to end up on my own on the Legsnapper so I thought I would do it in style!

I followed because I wanted every possible chance to get away from Stephen. He has a better sprint so either i have to go super early, drop him, or tire his sprint legs. None of that worked today, though

Same, but with Michael in mind! Also didn't work so I've 100% decided to blame Joffey

The D group were dropped on the Snapper, Steven getting away, thankfully solo, so Carl, me and the other chap(forgotten his name) caught back up to him.

I was feeling confident, maybe except for Carl's sprint abilities. Just out gunned out drafted by all of them

I don't know. I was wheelsucking at the back then suddenly everyone is flying away. It was the little dig before the right turn onto the bridge, about 3km in? I'll check on vids later.

I saw Joff's attack before the climb and didn't follow as the other Ds were chilling.

No disrespect to joffey, but the position table confused me when he was leading into the legsnapper.

I didn't actually see when I passed him, I was looking down at which gear I had selected into the LS

Just saw on the vid ... it was @bridgy at 2:20 in .... totally caught out and had to work hard to latch back on

My sprint is slowly coming back, but not getting into the 800s yet, let alone 1000s .... so I have to get the timing right and get a jump from the back of the pack to stand a chance. Slightly mistimed it today, went about 5 seconds too early. Legs not quite there yet to hand on for 45 seconds .... we'll do Richards next week
