I bought a Garmin strap which is complete fabric under the HRM. I use a Wahoo Tickr with it. It has been excellent with corrosion proof contacts. The Tickr has lasted far longer than any other I've had

Carl's invite to join him for 10 laps around Crit City. I wasn't sure I'd be ready having just had tea.

Enjoyed it, been a while since I've done dolphin, new PBs according to Zwift. Carl's form is returning :okay:

Was a good workout. My aim was to last as long as I could, I was hoping for 10 mins, so was surprised I made it to the end with the lead group. Unfortunately didn't have anything left in the tank to contest the sprint but a few more weeks and I'll be giving those sprinters a run for their money again :boxing:

Great to have you in the race Andy. Always nice to see a friendly wheel

Does anyone know what c and d numbers are now , In the zwift hill time club the top 8 all have 20 mins over 3.4w/kg and are all still C ,the lightweight women who won has a 20min power of 4.1w/kg which is handy in a hill climb but I presume hasn't been promoted because of raw power
