Yes it does, I like that you can see speed of groups or individuals , so it's encouraging when you see your efforts are resulting in a faster speed, spurs on the chase or effort to get away

I managed a 35 miler outdoor ride today which took me to my highest ever annual mileage - currently at 8,941 miles.
Mileage isn't a metric that I try and manage but it is nice to set a new PB anyway
Good volume. Managed about 8,200 last year but this year the crap weather has driven me indoors more to lower volume, higher intensity.
7257 at the moment. Looks better in km 11,862
That is good mileage 👍
I've done about 60% of my miles outdoors - If I can do another 200 miles outside I'll also set my highest ever outdoor miles total.
I set 15,000 km as my annual target on Strava and should just about make it.
When I've seen you in real life you have a bit of a "badass" look about you. He was probably more scared than you. You probably could have demanded his wallet and he would have given it up.
Entered the final two leg race for Dirt today. D group
First event short bash around the Coast Crusher, two sprints almost back to back. I went long on both to mitigate some younger heavier racers. I managed to get fastest time and second place on the final sprint Acropolis Sprint. The first sprint Stone away I was 4th over the line and 7th. I held my finishing position of 7th but sprint point bumped me up to 5th overall.
Then onto Bologna TT, once up and return to start. The Sprockets decided to use TT bike and sacrifice draft. This worked very well, with only a few of the stronger riders on standard bikes being able to match the speed and even pass most of us on TT bikes. The remaining pack were some 15-20 sec back. I dropped t0 10th at the start of the climb, didn't panic and was able to take a few riders and then hold station, until the descent. I hit my fastest ever speed without too much effort at 110kph. This speed gapped two riders I made the headland turn with. I then set about reeling in a rider 14sec in front. I came home in 6th which is a bit of welcome surprise given I dont so hills-not very quickly
