Then it doesn't really matter, cause all road wheels have the same CRR on gravel. If you've got them, I'd go for the ENVE SES 7.8 wheels cause they're good on both climbs and flats, but I think most people will go for discs or the most aero they can get.

Sounds a lot like that evil ZRL semi-final when we had to do about 5 laps of the Sgurr.
If you're having to do it on road bikes, at least the Crr for gravel has been changed to make road bikes a fair bit faster than they were back then.

Stage 3 FRR done was aiming for sub 1 hour clocked 55min 1sec AVG 2.8w/kg, 1st stage I've felt I got it all out ,paced it really well each climb was about 3 secs slower each lap but had a bit left to press a bit up the last one , Had a race long battle with another ride who I'd out climb and he'd come by me on the decent as I rested gap me by 6 secs and I claw him back on the climb , each lap he took longer to catch me on the descent until the last one where he never caught me . Made the suffering bearable just ,
The good news I was quicker than Peters zone 2 ride just 😁

Checked the distance at 45mins which was the time limit for that race and give and take I was roughly equal on distance ,this race TT bike no power ups no draft ,compared to road bike power ups and draft

DRS was fun today on volcano circuit CCW. We had FTS segments that were over the whole lap, so we hung back a few seconds off the back just before the lap start, then sprinted to get back in the pack, which meant all we had to do to get FTS points was finish near the others in the pack.

It worked a treat. Twice

I twinged my right knee last Thursday  and, although it feels like the kind of thing that's going to get better with rest, the pain's been coming back sporadically this week so I'm still off-Zwift. Jo's now doing short morning workouts on the treadmill in the Zwifting Suite, so, as and when I join her, it'll probably be with something with medium cadence and low torque like the Baby on Board pregnancy workouts...
