Have any of our team captains seen this post as we are always looking for team members.
What category are you in @trickyg
Sorry, I missed your post! We have a B team and a D team. What Cat are you currently?
Do you have a Zwiftpower.com account?

If not create one. In the team section put Cyclechat.

Then list on here your usernames, if you have used different names for Zwift power and your Zwift account. Easier if they're the same.

Pete will add you to the private chat if you want to race for the B squad.

We can gently rib you about your ability 👍
A lot of messages here lately so mine probably was missed too. @trickyg is a colleague of mine, top B racer - here to join the Splitters. I added him to the private B team chat but he's learning the ropes when it comes to using the forum.

Yesterday I rode a group ride with Chasing the tour to tick off a new route badge , just 6 riders the thing is the 6 of us stayed together despite us seeming to do different power ,no one off the front ,no one dropped , Is this some sort of setting in zwift to keep a group together ? , Oh and on the results I won 😀🏆, I did cross the line just in front but I apparently won by 11 secs

Rubber-banding (keep group together) on group rides has always been an option in meet-ups.
Looks like it may have been in operation in your group ride too.

Thanks Alex , it's the first time I've come across . It worked amazingly well. I expected to be on my own for most of the ride with only 5 other riders

I’ve only done it a few times, on a couple of group workouts (where I never really pay any attention to how fast my avatar moves), and one meet-up with some mates (which was horrible, and I will never do that again!)

First go at Live Streaming today. I picked a long and nasty race to give it a proper test (and me some TSS).
Need to tweak a few things, but I'm quite pleased with that for a first attempt. It also means the playback on YT is available immediately when the race finishes, so no piddling about uploading files for hours. But it does add a level of complication to the setup, which you don't always want just before a race.

Ouch! Looks like you must have been tickling your max HR for some time there.

It was a long hard workout, but actually I think I kept it mostly under threshold HR (179/180). I've only hit my Max (197) once this year, but in most intense races I get into the low 190s at some point.

It's a nasty course with Epic AND Radio Tower starting after 28km of flat/downhill. Ideal for someone who isn't great at long races or long climbs

And i thought my max of 184 for a 61y old wasnt bad.

Ipad or Mac? I could see shadows and unexpected detail.
