A few stages left, but after yesterday's PR gaff in the Jumbo Visma tactics.

Looks like Sepp Kuss has done it.:bravo:

My boys are off on a Cubs/Beavers trip tomorrow and Jo's away in Hull with her parents, so I've got 9 hours and 45 minutes free. Weather forecast's looking better now than it was earlier in the week, so I think an outdoor ride is definitely on the cards...

Definitely think pd4.1 is much more realistic than pd4 - wondering how people would compare it with bkool or rgt as I know some folks prefer those draft mechanics?

Feels like it is easier to lose the draft? I agree it does feel more realistic.

Bit pushed for time today so did another Zwift Race - 2 laps of Innsbruck Ring. Nice to see @mjd1988 in the same race. Spoiler alert - he did better than me and raced really well.

I'm fairly pleased with my performance, my numbers are slowly getting back to nearer where they were. Seems to me you have to get re-used to Zwifting after a long period riding outside.

Just about managed to get around 100.8 miles, but, my word, my back is sore! I needed a bit of encouragement from my bro by the medium of WhatsApp as I was flagging at the end!

I definitely found that last year. Somehow after taking July and August off Zwift it felt like starting again.
So I decided to do at least one race a week all summer. Was easy this year because the weather was crap😂

I'm not looking forward to my first ride come Jan .... assuming my new house purchase goes through smoothly that is!

I'm still hitting the gym 4 or 5 times a week, and doing some running .... be interesting how my cycling legs are come 2024 because I've done virtually no cycling this year

It’ll come back but might take a few weeks. Additionally, though, you had that calibration issue fixed right before you stopped. That might make coming back a bit harder too. A balanced diet of zone 2, Tinies and longer races should sort you out 😂
