I'll try and make the 19:30. I'm doing the gym before that, and then a Z2 ride, so this would be a nice way to top things off, if I can make it.
1:52 huh? Nice one

Oof, definitely felt like not doing it. Had a 45-minute warm up to soften up the legs, after yesterdays' efforts, but it only helped a bit. Was quite surprised with the time - it felt a lot slower.1:52 huh? Nice one
Finally! (Hopefully)
Well, you smashed that! 378W and a 1-second PB? Saving the target of a sub-2 for next time!
Noticed that the kid who won apparently has a BMI of 13.6 (37kg at 165cm). That's 6.5 standard deviations below the mean - super-unhealthily lightweight. He's allegedly lighter than my 9-year old!
@Norry1 are you a member of British cycling ? , Today's members news has a GB jersey available to people who have qualified for the Grand Fondo world champs

New DIRT racing series starts next week over the next 12 weeks. Points races with an overall leaderboard but individual rather than team. Your best 6 results of the 12 races count (so you don't miss out if you can't make every stage).
Categories are based on the excellent www.zwiftracing.app and that's where you find the racepass and it tells you which pen to sign into depending on your ranking.
I'm going to sign up and give it a go - mostly riding outdoors at the moment like most people I guess but it will be good to do a zwift race once a week still I think.
See you there if anyone else fancies it
8th now. My brother has just pushed me down with a 1:34.6! (566W at 71kg)James Bailey has set up a GC for this hill climb series. Not many in A. You're 7th, I'm 25th
