I'm at 99.7 after stage 13 of FRR today. Quite a significant increase in a short time too - up from about 62.0 on 1st October '22. It does feel hard now.
Roy has advised me not to exceed a ramp rate of 2 per week. Course I'm a lot older than youse!

I don't know what my CTL is or was. 3 rides a week plus all other stuff around the farm seems plenty. Actually I've done 5 rides since Sunday including outdoor. Wonder I felt pooped

Imperial distances gathered from a video of a previous ride I did, then converted to metric so those numbers may be off slightly.
That's what I heard too. Which is why, when @bridgy first mentioned the FRR events, I thought it may be a good way of doing it through that. I blame him for how I'm feeling nowThat's okay - in fact a good way to do it. I try and do 2 hard weeks then 1 easier.
