Cool. Some nice graphs, too. Out of interest - what CTL are you looking to hit and then maintain to consider yourself 'in form'? I've seen that number climb considerably over the last few months and I wonder if there's a threshold where I should ease off.I've just updated my Blog with my end of February Progress Report if anyone is bored.

So... We're going up the hill twice. OofChart for next week's race, because it's a custom length and the Fox Hill segment is weird (starts after the climbing has begun, then finishes well after the summit):

I’ve seen articles where it talks about 100 as being about as high as an amateur can usually sustain.
I'm at 99.7 after stage 13 of FRR today. Quite a significant increase in a short time too - up from about 62.0 on 1st October '22. It does feel hard now.In 2021, before my hip problem, I did a massive base building period and got my CTL to 96 by the beginning of April 2022.
