I hate my gym presently, I'm upto 14 hours of cleaning, and it looks like I've hardly accomplished anything.

All the purlins, walls, floor swept and vac down. I have a new found easily forgotten appreciation for cleaners
More dirt than in the fields :B)

Nobody guessed. What is your new outbuilding? Another cedar theater?

No Randy, it's a reclad 'shed'. 13*9 metres. I had the old corrugated asbestos roof replaced and all sides clad in insulated steel panels, new doors. I've had 3 phase fitted, internet. I have the intention of putting solar on the roof, battery storage to feed back into the main house

Damn it! Did 46:32 up the Alpe this morning but still didn’t win! A really brutal effort - I committed to going for a PB time rather than faffing about and preparing for a sprint, but the other guy had a 15w/kg 15s sprint so I probably wouldn’t have stood a chance anyway!

That’s a fair chunk quicker than my best effort Tim. That’s must of been pretty painful indeed! Well done mate. I’m really impressed with that time to be honest. I know how hard it is once you get past a certain point to chisel anymore time off.

Just out of interest what do you weigh these days? I’m trying to work out what I’ll have to do to get near your time. I think my best is over 47 minutes.

Cheers @<Tommy> , I’m 73.5kg at the moment, which is a tiny bit more than I was a few summers ago, but I feel strong with it, which is more important.

It was an improvement of more than 90s on my PB, and up from 296W to 308W. Still not an A on ZwiftPower, though - my 95% 20 min power average is now 3.99W/kg!

It looks like ‘pets at home’ have managed to clone Bob!

I can confirm the real Bob is alive and kicking. We met for a chilly Sunday spin. Unfortunately I’m not having much luck with punctures at the moment… but we got 30 miles in before I had to limp home.

I've been catching them.

I had one in the garage a couple of months ago. Could tell as it was chewing some of the packets of flour, rice and some bananas out there. ANd one day while I was Zwifting I was sure I saw something dark moving out of the corner of my eye.

Put down a trap with a bit of cheese in. Checked a few hours later. Cheese gone, trap not triggered.
Off to do some internet homework. Peanut butter was recommended as difficult to remove. So iterated with peanut butter and 20 minutes later I checked again and caught the b'strd. Thankfully just the one.

Tough to get a high 20 minutes over 46 minute ride, and still get such a good 46 minute number. Equally tough to get a high 20 minute in lots of zwift races isn’t it! It looks like a matter of time and the right circumstances for you right now though.

Mars Bar or Finger a Fudge works best

There's a really good YT channel about this. Called 'Shawn Woods'. There's a lot of DIY traps that you can make, that work way better then the store-bought stuff.
