Don't know if anyone's clocked it, but WTRL are saying on FB that the draft powerups should work with TT bikes tomorrow.
So don't be surprised if they do (or don't ). Might be a chance to take a bit of a breather for a few seconds.

Exactly, it's an artificial . Only powerup what I could use in Zwift is cloaking (ghost), especially when something feels embarrassing. Only way to get fit is train more. Most of powerups are made for make the rider feel better/faster (for few seconds) what he/she actually is.

Maybe but it might turn to serious when it's time to race and final results and conclusions.

Looks like I ended up with 20 mins at 289w and a new FTP - no wonder my legs are a bit wobbly

I was just the right side of hanging on. I could manage drafting in 3rd/4th, it allowed me to put my efforts into the short climbs.

I hope we didn't scupper your title aspirations

Sorry I forgot the discord, found my earpiece but it was too far from me and too close the start to get off the bike and setup phone with 1m30 to go. All three of you did a good job of keeping me in touch.
