Are you recording it ?? would be useful in the CCC thread ^_^

Yes - will do. Would be nice if I can hang on, but I might get spat out quite quickly. Interesting to see.

Zwiftpower now has me as a C, so back to getting spanked in C races

Do you pay extra for that?

I came 3rd D on the road but the front two averaged 3.2w/kg so were DQ'd on ZP - giving me a gold in my last D race.

Excellent. Congrats on your promotion :okay:

We went West to East which finishes on the Med. You have 100 hours to do 720km

"There are two official versions: a 720 km route to be completed in under 100 hours for randonneurs or a 790 km route to be completed in under 10 days for cycle-tourists. A medal and certificate are awarded on successful completion."

We’re doing the five day version. We’re going with a tour organiser so it should be relatively stress free in terms of planning

Off topic - anyone got any recommendations for a treadmill? My good lady wants one for our pain cave.

I’ve got one I bought for the missus during lock down which has probably gotten about 5 hours of use…

I don’t know much about them to be honest but I bet there’s tons of reviews and comparisons isn’t there. If it were me I’d look at second hands one maybe. Just going on the premise there’s probably lots available that have had very limited use

The 5 day is probably the 100 hour one - we had to finish it by 1pm on the 5th day of riding which made 100 hours. We went with Marmot Tours who were excellent - and yes it made the planning relatively stress free.

Even easier from the comfort of your own home eh andy?…

I hope you include your keyboard use when you calculate your daily calorie burn 😉

I don't like changing hotels daily. 👍.

I could most likely do it, I've done multiple day riding in the high mountains, but it doesn't float my boat as it once did. It will be long days in the saddle . Nothing to prove for me personally. I'm sure you'll have a great time, if you keep it rubber side up
