Below FTP before the climb, above FTP for the climb. A bit of modulation depending on gradient. All below FTP on way back?

Don't stop pedalling on way down as TT bikes don't have a supertuck.

How'd those who were racing get on? I know a few still haven't gone

I gained a few more willy waving wranking points in the Tiny races, as did Alex. Hard work, but great fun. We bloodied the noses of some ART riders, who won our WTRL league this week. Nice to get a bit of revenge 😁

I think no one went yet. Everyone today signed up for 19:30.

I won’t get to do this stage as I got out on a club spin this morning despite hearing heavy rain (and the call of the turbo) during the night.

I’m signed up for the 10am stage 2 event in the morning, and I see a couple of others signed up - @Rich A and @Del C

We both beat the 4th highest ranked C on ZP up the Zwift KoM on the first race. I was ready to go home after that, but had to finish all four to not get DQed.

Mr "I'm not trying to win anything today" went and won the GC again beating the abovementioned ARTist 3 times, I got 20th and broke into the top 200 for ZP wranking points in Cat C (as we now refer to them).

It really is hard to think of something more fun to do without removing clothing (botty prodding optional. Asian female GP, Asian male urologist, female Eastern European med student and a Scottish male surgeon - if we're keeping count. Do I get any wranking points for that? )

Yep I’m signed up for the 10.00 race tomorrow. Going to be a tough one with Intestines, Petit KoM and Chalet Reynard to get through.

I would think everyone is happy with their result? Lucky 13 @berty bassett . @bridgy in top 50. @Girafitti in top 80.

Shame we have to wait so long until GC results.
