A bit of progress to report. I've finally ditched the crutches / sticks and walk unaided. I can do a mile plus but it it still quite sore so on my physio's advice I'm taking painkillers.
I'm not allowed on normal bikes / turbo but I am allowed on recumbent types. So I headed to the my Gym, which does have the semi recumbent bikes and did 2 x 5 minute sessions. My average power on the second spell was 34W so don't think I'm quite ready for a Zwift race yet
