You certainly are a Wolf on a push bike :okay:

What a beauty, that bushy tail

How are you feeling now after your op?

Not too bad cheers Andy. Had my clips/stitches out today - have a nice 9 inch scar down my right thigh ^_^

Not bad during the day but the pain wakes me up quite a lot at night. See the physio in 9 days time - and they may take me from 2 to 1 crutch then. 4 more weeks of operation recovery if things go well.

Meant to reply this in here instead of bkool thread, it happens. I have try to past few days to focus more nutrition and hydration, especially before and after ride and rest days, not just during a ride. It feels that it start to help a bit, legs are not that fatigue as it use to be. Hope it helps bike to go faster as well.

How did your DRS race go @mjd1988 ? That climb to the finish was a brute wasn't it?! xx(
Not as good as you! A numbers there and looks like you smashed the primes!

I had a century over the weekend so the team let me target first prime and then see how I felt, got second on the first Kom FTS FAL then no pressure on the epic Kom. Took a few mins off on epic Kom but very happy with my pacing- didn't chase the front and caught a fair few in a group finishing 20th. My 20min power isn't great so pleased.
