Not my favoured course, but different.

Finished 7th on Zwift, but with 4 sandbaggers, I took bronze(ZP) behind two 'masters' aged riders.

That's what I'm worried about, some kind of hernia. Hopefully I'll get the ultrasound and get to the bottom of it!

Unless you are in constant pain sitting and spinning on turbo then why not try just that? It’s what I was doing.

Foot turned a nice shade of blue/purple. Can hobble about a bit, but can't put any weight on ball of foot. I may be a D rider by the time I get to ride again. Probably lose quite a bit of fitness. @steverob .... may want to sign me up to CCC next season .... I'm coming home

It's not pain, it's discomfort. It's weird. Got an ultrasound booked now anyway so if I take it easy on the bike and it doesn't get better hopefully that will see what it wrong.

Not to be pedantic. But I did actually brake my toe. And I raced 3 days later.

Not sure Carl’s small dink even justifies the afternoon of work by the sounds of it!

I can confirm it’s not the hills that kill you, more the masochists you choose to try and keep up with while on the hills!

France looks great chaps. Very jealous. Be been lurking in here now and then - Catching up on everyone’s injuries and on/off Zwift efforts. I hope everyone’s summer is going well. The longest day of the year is only a small number of days away and then it’s all downhill from there and I’ll be thinking of the Zwift account again 😬🤦‍♂️

Really superb aren’t they. It’s really hard to do the scenery any kind of justice on an iPhone too.

Hopefully in the future we see you in some of those France trip pictures too Nick!
