YouTube video useful when planning some pedaling improvement exercises. my Cadence is usually in around the 90rpm mark, and I try and spin faster with lighter gear up the hills as I find the lactic acid builds up very fast in my quads if I go for the standing pedalling technique.
Today I had a bit of a spin on RGT. The first time I'd used in in around 6 Months. To my surprise there were other users on it wheras before I was lucky to see one other user and a couple of bots. It's not a bad experience and it was nice to have a change of scenery. Following that I did a ramp test over in Zwift to seek co formation that I am officially "going shite" as we like to say round these parts. Suffice to say the result (293w) was down but only 10w lower than my early summer test. This gives me something to build on from January as I try to get some motivation back.
