Managed to keep the weight at or below 75kg over Christmas. Every month is dry for me, so the modest weight gain is all down to cheese, Christmas cake and chocolate. I still have cheese and cake to finish, it has to be eaten as I love food and hate waste. The chocolate will keep for some guilty treats throughout January.

Happy new year all.

Unlike my increasingly fat riding mates in #68 I have only put on a few kilo’s. Well, only the few I will admit to. Also, In my experience dry January makes February, a bad enough month as it is, even worse. So I will continue to imbibe responsibly.

Seen as though @mjd1988 started the confessional...

Happy New Year - 7.5 lbs gained over Christmas - Zwift has been updated

Also participating in Dry Jan.
I lost a kg as not been eating much, but I'm assuming I'll put this back on so haven't dropped my weight yet.

I have a set of scales at home that I don't use currently. I will be popping round to my brothers to use his, they were the last set I used, 124.7kg at the time iirc.

I'll update this post and the 2021 targets post once I have done a weigh in :mrpig:

ETA

 The Festive 500 may have done my legs in, but my weight is now 123.2kg, down 1.5kg from the last time I weighed myself iirc (ETA going back through the records I last weighed myself in July 2020 :blush:). I did not go easy on the mince pies, turkey or other excesses of the Christmas period (but I do not drink much)

A start in the right direction

Same weight I was before Christmas. But I did have a cold (and thankfully only that) over the period which did curb my appetite a bit. And I did put on five pounds between the start of October and Christmas, so I was just getting in my weight gain early perhaps?
