Install something like BRVR, BKool etc and see if they work with the stick ... this might help to diagnose if it's application, stick, port, trainer etcEugh. New ant+ dongle isn't working either. I'm reinstalling zwift to see what happens as I've tried all the usb ports and the connector.
May end up buying apple TV sooner rather than later

Is power showing on your Garmin (or other Head Unit)?
It seems like you're away from Zwift on a secret training camp 😀, sounds like you’re gaining fitness , look forward to your return to Zwift and racing . It’s good to have a change now and then .Not sure what or where I'm improving but what I'm looking to do is ride for 90+ minutes each ride and at certain power numbers (aim is over 1000 calories per ride). Trying to get some endurance in the legs.
What!! I've been working hard all year to catch up to your reaction score, and now you say it doesn't mean anything??Really good to hear Del 👍👍
I think there’s something quite unhealthy about comparing numbers with other people.
It’s probably impossible to avoid in reality... But I always try and put as little emphasis on it as possible. It’s the same thing we tell my daughters so I try practice what I preach (doesn’t always work!). Just focus on the things that you can control and squeeze as much as you can from that. And the rest goes the way it goes!
Absolutelly. Now that i reach level 50 on Zwift i am gonna spend more time with Bkool and Sufferfest. To progress my fitness and for change. When i do some easier rides i might join group rides on Zwift. It seems like you're away from Zwift on a secret training camp 😀, sounds like you’re gaining fitness , look forward to your return to Zwift and racing . Great blog Martin , are these indoor or outdoor power numbers ? Do you find any difference in the indoor and outdoor figures ? If you don’t get chance to improve the 60 min power for this year , maybe a few of us could organise a ride up the Alpe or Ven Top for a nice bit of constant resistance .I've just written a blog piece about coaching and the 60 Challenge which I set myself. It is fairly long so I won't post it on here.

LOL, I wish. Rach is really poorly and I can only ride when I have carers in to take over looking after Rach which tends to be in the day time so sticking with BRVR as there is no time specifics to riding whereas Zwift it's about timing races. Fitness thankfully holding well, as is the extra fat which is a bit frustratingIt seems like you're away from Zwift on a secret training camp 😀, sounds like you’re gaining fitness , look forward to your return to Zwift and racing .
