I join the 3R races for that reason. Pushes me hard to stay with the B's as long as possible before I drop and get picked up by the lead C group. Much better workout than just sitting in with the C'sFor now the mass start events are good - I can just race what’s on the road and forget about cats 🙂
I need to follow your diet too .... I'm stuck at 74kg Can't see me getting anywhere near B numbers unless I can get well below 70kg
